About the N64-ext adapter-1.6mm PCB

N64-ext adapter-1.6mm is an open source PCB design by bigbass1997, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 99.3 × 37.3 mm, with 3 components from 3 distinct parts.

From the project

An adapter for the N64's "EXT" port located on the underside of the console.

The EXT port uses a female mezzanine connector with a pitch of 2.50mm and an opening of ~2.6mm by ~65.2mm. Compatible connectors don't appear to exist for these particular dimentions and pin count (likely a result of Nintendo's "security through obscurity" mindset of the era.) However, it's possible to manufacture a connector using a pair of standard-sized PCBs sandwiched together.
