About the Resistance PCB
Resistance is an open source PCB design by fiveamdriver, published on GitHub. It is a board, with 2 components from 1 distinct parts.
From the project
PCB netlists and BOMs are powerful but unreadable. Resistance turns your hardware project exports into something you can actually navigate.
MCP server exposing KiCad projects (schematics, boards, BOM, DRC/ERC, renders) to AI assistants, with a synctoresistance tool that pushes netlist + BOM into the Resistance app.
Targets KiCad 10.x. Reads .kicadsch / .kicadpcb files directly (KiCad does not need to be running); DRC/ERC/netlist/render tools shell out to kicad-cli, which is auto-discovered on macOS/Windows/Linux.
Resistance bill of materials (BOM)
2 components, 1 distinct parts — part numbers from the project's BOM.
| Qty | Part | Footprint | Refs |

Resistance: common questions
How many components are on the Resistance?
2 components, from 1 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Resistance design files?
From the fiveamdriver/Resistance repository on GitHub, which has the schematic, a netlist and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Resistance design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with fiveamdriver. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
