About the Led Torch PCB
Led Torch is an open source PCB design by ibrahimjarallah, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 63.8 × 25 mm, with 4 components from 4 distinct parts.
By type, the board carries 1 battery holder, 1 switch, 1 diode and 1 resistor.
From the project
CR2032-powered LED torch PCB — designed in KiCad 9.0. Includes schematic, PCB layout, Gerbers, BOM, netlist, 2D/3D views, STEP model, and assembly PDFs.
This keeps the CR2032 within its continuous discharge rating while delivering adequate brightness.
1. Install KiCad 9.0+ 2. Clone this repository:
All fabrication outputs are ready in the Gerbers+drills/ folder. Compatible with standard PCB manufacturers (JLCPCB, PCBWay, OSHPark, etc.).
- Load LedTorch-job.gbrjob` directly into any Gerber viewer or fab upload portal - PTH and NPTH drill files provided in Gerber format
