About the Scrappy-Tail PCB
Scrappy-Tail is an open source PCB design by junyali, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 99 × 31 mm, with 16 components from 6 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the C192893. By type, the board carries 7 capacitors, 5 connectors, 2 resistors, 1 IC and 1 diode.

Scrappy Tail connects to your device using USB Type-C (hence the cable making it look like a tail!) and gives you 4 additional USB Type-A ports. It uses the SL2.1A hub controller, so it uses USB 2.0 interface and thus speeds are limited to 480Mbps
PCB designed in KiCAD and CAD designed in OnShape.
