16-channel signal-conditioning interposer PCB for the Jurassic Jets matrix routing system. Adapts matrix outputs (12V DC / 28V DC / 118V AC 400Hz / etc.) to detector inputs via per-channel populate-or-skip topology (series R, shunt R, shunt C, TVS, diode, LED indicator).
A 16-channel signal-conditioning interposer PCB that sits between two IDC-16 connectors. Each channel is independently configurable at assembly time for any of:
- Series current limiting (4-position 1206 resistor chain for voltage rating + power dissipation) - Series diode (half-wave rectification for AC sources feeding DC opto inputs, or for steering) - Shunt resistor to GND (pull-down, divider, or input bias) - Shunt capacitor to GND (RC low-pass filter, transient bypass) - Bidirectional TVS clamp to GND (transient over-voltage protection) - Activity LED with current-limit resistor
