About the HAPico PCB
HAPico is an open source PCB design by MartinWeigel, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 63.5 × 51.5 mm, with 19 components from 5 distinct parts.
By type, the board carries 8 transistors, 8 resistors and 1 connector.
From the project
MOSFET PCB for the Raspberry Pico 2W
This PCB provides control of eight MOSFET outputs. These can be controlled through an Raspberry Pi Pico 2W microcontroller. It is a two-layer PCB and all parts can be handsoldered in case that costs are a concern.
This board was designed using KiCad 9.0.
The board requires the following parts. All of them should be easy to handsolder:
Part | Quantity | Description -----------------------|----------|---------------------------- Raspberry Pi Pico 2W | 1 | Microcontroller Phoenix MPT-0,5-2-2.54 | 8 | 2-pin Terminalblock IRLR024N DPAK MOSFET | 8 | N-Channel MOSFET (55V 17A) 0805 Resistor 470…

HAPico: common questions
How big is the HAPico PCB?
The HAPico measures 63.5 × 51.5 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the HAPico?
19 components, from 5 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the HAPico design files?
From the MartinWeigel/HAPico repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the HAPico design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with MartinWeigel. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
