For the LAGO project, the instrumentation laboratory of the Escuela de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas of the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, with the support of the mlab of the ICTP, is developing the prototype of the electronics for a Water Cherenkov Detector that contains coincidences for vertical muons .
