About the OpenCTD Rev8 PCB
OpenCTD Rev8 is an open source PCB design by OceanographyforEveryone, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 125 × 33.6 mm, with 4 components from 3 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the adafruit_ds3231. By type, the board carries 2 resistors, 1 IC and 1 connector.
From the project
The OpenCTD is a low-cost, open-source CTD for researchers and citizen scientists.
The OpenCTD main board is designed using KiCad.
The current OpenCTD uses the OpenCTD Rev8 control board. Previous generation control boards are archived in Retired.
The Oceanography for Everyone Custom Pressure Sensor breakout board (Ofe_CPS) allows you to build an inexpensive version of the Sparkfun Breakout Board, but requires advanced soldering techniques.
