About the Squeak check PCB
Squeak check is an open source PCB design by paulbruneau, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 98 × 80 mm, with 24 components from 24 distinct parts.
By type, the board carries 4 connectors, 3 switches, 2 fuses, 2 diodes and 1 capacitor.
From the project
Squeak Check is a standalone board that interfaces with Midway's Cheap Squeak Deluxe and Sounds Good arcade game sound boards.
SQUEAK CHECK! — Midway sound board bench tester — REV E.5 By Ethical Paul =========================================================
WHAT IT TESTS ------------- Verified against the original Bally/Midway schematics (Spy Hunter, Rampage/Star Guards and Sarge manuals). All three boards share the same J1/J2/J3 pinout and the same command interface (4 sound-select bits + SIRQ strobe, 2 status bits back):

Squeak check: common questions
How big is the Squeak check PCB?
The Squeak check measures 98 × 80 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Squeak check?
24 components, from 24 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Squeak check design files?
From the paulbruneau/squeak-check repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Squeak check design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with paulbruneau. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
