About the Chufebu PCB

Chufebu is an open source PCB design by piruetasxyz, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-P-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 100 × 45 mm, with 10 components from 2 distinct parts.

chufebu is an open source hardware Eurorack power bus board by piruetas. It distributes ±12V, +5V, CV and GATE to five 16-pin Eurorack power headers, each one paired with its own 4-pin Molex KK-396 connector for testing. The design is made in KiCad 10 using only KiCad's standard libraries. Hardware is licensed under CERN-OHL-P-2.0 and documentation under CC-BY-SA-4.0 (see LICENSE.md). Chufebu: common questions

How big is the Chufebu PCB?

The Chufebu measures 100 × 45 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Chufebu?

10 components, from 2 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Chufebu design files?

From the piruetasxyz/chufebu repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Chufebu design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its CERN-OHL-P-2.0 license, which piruetasxyz chose for the repository.
