Before assembly, ensure that all the wires are adequately connected within the enclosure, including the power supply wires, the actuator power wires, the actuator signal wires, and the Arduino Due wires. Detail in how the components are wired together and individual schematics are located in the electronics folder.

To ensure the code under arduino/platform is compatible with the wiring of the Arduino Due, the headers on the PCB should be connected to the respective pins in the table below. This assumes actuators 1 through 3 are connected to Multimoto 1 (to blocks M3, M2, and M1 respectively)…

Controller circuit: common questions

How big is the Controller circuit PCB?

The Controller circuit measures 68.6 × 88.9 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Controller circuit?

5 components, from 3 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Controller circuit design files?

From the progressiveautomations/Stewart-Platform repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Controller circuit design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its LGPL-3.0 license, which progressiveautomations chose for the repository.
