About the Fujinet xebook sd PCB

Fujinet xebook sd is an open source PCB design by sideburn, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-S-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 38 × 47 mm, with 3 components from 3 distinct parts.

By type, the board carries 1 connector and 1 capacitor.

Full-size push-push SD card daughter board for the FN32ROV-XEBook FujiNet build

A small daughter board carrying a full-size, push-push SD card socket for the FN32ROV-XEBook-KiCad main board, which mounts the FujiNet FN32ROV WiFi/SIO adapter permanently inside an XEBook laptop build.

The main board already has an onboard microSD socket (SD1, Hirose DM3D-SF), soldered directly to the board. This daughter board relocates card access to a side-mounted slot elsewhere in the XEBook case — full-size SD, push-push (insert to lock, push again to eject), MacBook Pro-style — wired in parallel to the same SPI bus over a JST pigtail (see the main board's CLAUDE.md, "External SD card…
