Its main chip is the STM32H743ZITx, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the AZ1117-3.3, USB3300-EZK, LM2621, MCP4728A0 and NCV20074. By type, the board carries 262 resistors, 118 capacitors, 39 diodes, 37 ICs, 27 transistors and 4 connectors.
From the project
Dominate the I/O!
These capabilities will be crucial for switching between protocols on the multi-use pins. The challenges will be primarily with creating a good control scheme for managing all the necessary multiplexers to route signals to all the proper pins, at the correct speed and voltages.

Io master: common questions
What microcontroller does the Io master use?
The Io master is built around the STM32H743ZITx, from the STM32 family.
How big is the Io master PCB?
The Io master measures 170 × 100 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Io master?
498 components, from 84 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Io master design files?
From the csinko/io-master repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Io master design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which csinko chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the Io master without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
