About the Page turner PCB
Page turner is an open source STM32 PCB design by joelspadin, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 4-layer board measuring 32 × 20 mm, with 22 components from 16 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the STM32F042F6P6TR, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the TPS7A0333PDBVR. By type, the board carries 7 capacitors, 4 connectors, 3 diodes, 3 resistors, 2 ICs and 2 switches.
It belongs with the keyboards and audio designs in this gallery.
From the project
USB foot pedals for turning pages on a sheet music reader
This is an STM32-based "keyboard" which maps a pair of foot pedals with 6.35 mm (1/4") phone jacks to left/right arrow keys (or any other two keys), designed for switching pages on a sheet music reader. It was designed to be as small as possible while still being hand-solderable.
The pcb folder contains a KiCad project for the PCB. It requires 4 layers and a 1.6 mm thick PCB.

Page turner: common questions
What microcontroller does the Page turner use?
The Page turner is built around the STM32F042F6P6TR, from the STM32 family.
How big is the Page turner PCB?
The Page turner measures 32 × 20 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Page turner?
22 components, from 16 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Page turner design files?
From the joelspadin/page-turner repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Page turner design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which joelspadin chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the Page turner without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
