About the Led board-

Led board- is an open source PCB design by n2048-creative-technology, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 98.7 × 90.9 mm, with 26 components from 15 distinct parts.

By type, the board carries 18 connectors and 8 resistors.

From the project

LED board to controll up to 8 LED strips from a XIAO ESP32-C3

KiCad 9 project for the LED driver board: a XIAO ESP32C3 carrier that buffers its eight data outputs to 5 V and hands them to eight 24 V LED segments.

Open otherworlds-v2.kicadpro. Rendered exports of the schematic and layers live in ../images/schematic/ and are regenerated with bash ../scripts-tools/export-kicad.sh`.

AHCT logic runs from 5 V and accepts 3.3 V as a valid high, so it both level shifts and buffers: the strip sees a full 5 V edge instead of the XIAO's marginal 3.3 V. The series resistor damps reflections and sits at the driver end of the line.

Led board-: common questions

How big is the Led board-?

The Led board- measures 98.7 × 90.9 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Led board-?

26 components, from 15 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Led board- design files?

From the n2048-creative-technology/led-board- repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Led board- design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which n2048-creative-technology chose for the repository.
