About the Powerpole distribution PCB
Powerpole distribution is an open source PCB design by RADARC, published on GitHub under the GPL-3.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 113 × 102.9 mm, with 40 components from 16 distinct parts.
By type, the board carries 15 diodes, 9 resistors, 5 connectors, 5 fuses, 5 capacitors and 1 relay.
From the project
Anderson Powerpole distribution board with reverse polarity and over voltage protection. Designed by Gareth Blades M7GRB
4 outputs rated at 30A with a combined 30A rating. TVS diodes to dissipate any transient voltage spikes. SCR based crowbar circuit for over voltage protection. Latching relay to disconnect supply if the crowbar cuircuit triggers as the input fuse may take time to blow depending on the available current from the supply. Diode protection around the relay and enable switch to stop the output from being enabled if the polarity is reversed. Input fuse for added protection. * Output fuses to protect devices which may be rated at lower currents.

Powerpole distribution: common questions
How big is the Powerpole distribution PCB?
The Powerpole distribution measures 113 × 102.9 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Powerpole distribution?
40 components, from 16 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Powerpole distribution design files?
From the RADARC/Powerpole-distribution repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Powerpole distribution design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its GPL-3.0 license, which RADARC chose for the repository.
