Open-source 60% Hall-effect keyboard PCB targeting 32 kHz scanning and native USB 8 kHz polling

- Flux60-HS-ANSI61.sch: legacy schematic source for KiCad 9 import/conversion. - Flux60-HS-cache.lib: self-contained symbol cache used by the legacy source. - Flux60-HS-ANSI61.kicadpcb: modern KiCad PCB placement capture with the USB-C-to-ESD and post-ESD USB HS channel routed. The four MUX devices use the spatial channel map, left/right TLV9062 buffers are placed locally and the 100 ohm / 100 pF ADC networks are at the MCU entry. MUX common outputs, buffer feedback/bypass, all four buffered ADC channels and the five shared MUX controls are routed; Hall-to-MUX channels and the remaining…
