Its main chip is the STM32G031K8Tx, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the MCP6004. By type, the board carries 13 resistors, 8 capacitors, 4 connectors, 2 ICs, 2 diodes and 1 switch.

From the project

project

This project involves the design of a 2-channel mixed-signal data acquisition system intended to measure 0–5 V analog signals and convert them into digital data for microcontroller-based processing and analysis.

Each analog input passes through input protection, voltage scaling, buffering, and active low-pass filtering before being sampled by a 12-bit ADC on an STM32 microcontroller.

2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition: common questions

What microcontroller does the 2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition use?

The 2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition is built around the STM32G031K8Tx, from the STM32 family.

How big is the 2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition PCB?

The 2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition measures 80 × 50 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the 2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition?

34 components, from 16 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the 2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition design files?

From the sish1ka/2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition-PCB repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the 2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with sish1ka. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the 2-Channel-Mixed-Signal-Data-Acquisition without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
