About the OPA810-Photodetector-Platform PCB
OPA810-Photodetector-Platform is an open source PCB design by Andy-1412-star, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-S-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 30 × 35 mm, with 11 components from 8 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the OPA810IDR. By type, the board carries 6 capacitors, 3 resistors, 1 IC and 1 connector.
It belongs with the test & measurement designs in this gallery.
From the project
Open-source OPA810 photodetector platform with Silicon S1223-01 and Infrared G12180-020A configurations.
An open-source transimpedance-amplifier photodetector platform supporting two photodiode configurations:
- Silicon: Hamamatsu S1223-01 for 320-1100 nm visible and near-infrared detection - Infrared: Hamamatsu G12180-020A InGaAs detector for 0.9-1.7 µm near-infrared detection
Both configurations use a common KiCad PCB based on the Texas Instruments OPA810. The repository includes editable hardware sources, manufacturing and assembly files, enclosure models, configuration sheets, and experimental characterization data for the Silicon S1223-01 version.
