About the Lpddr5-testbed PCB
Lpddr5-testbed is an open source PCB design by antmicro, published on GitHub under the Apache-2.0 license. It is a 6-layer board measuring 69.6 × 40 mm, with 155 components from 30 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the MT62F1G32D4DR-031 WT:B, AT24CS01-ST, MPM54304GMN-0001 and LT3033EUDC#PBF. By type, the board carries 84 resistors, 53 capacitors, 8 test points, 4 ICs, 2 connectors and 2 diodes.
From the project
Experimental adapter intefacing a single LPDDR5 IC with FPGA-driven memory testers
This project contains open hardware design files for an experimental test module in a mechanical form of SO-DIMM DDR5.
The module includes a standard 315-ball WFBGA (12.4mm × 15.0mm × 0.8mm, Ø0.42 SMD) LPDDR5 RAM footprint break-routed in the SO-DIMM edge connector. The design files were prepared in KiCad 9.x.
Please note that this board is not electrically compatible with off-the-shelf hot platforms accepting SO-DIMM DDR5 memory modules. It is compatible with this test platform.
