About the DSMR-Connector PCB

DSMR-Connector is an open source PCB design by basilfx, published on GitHub under the CC-BY-NC-4.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 32.2 × 15.3 mm, with 9 components from 6 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the FOD8012. By type, the board carries 3 resistors, 2 connectors, 2 capacitors, 1 IC and 1 transistor.

From the project

DIY universal taster actor for the KNX bus.

This board is only compatible with DSMR 5.0, since that version is using two additional pins (therefore RJ-12 instead of RJ-11) to supply the bidirectional optocoupler.
