About the Space-Concordia-Intro-Task PCB

Space-Concordia-Intro-Task is an open source STM32 PCB design by Ch3ema, published on GitHub. It is a board, with 18 components from 13 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the STM32G030F6Px, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the MCP25625 and AP2127R-3.3. By type, the board carries 7 capacitors, 3 ICs, 3 resistors, 2 connectors, 2 diodes and 1 switch.

From the project

CAN bus node schematic in KiCad STM32G030 and MCP25625 over SPI.

CAN bus node built in KiCad. An STM32G030 microcontroller toggles an LED, communicating with an MCP25625 CAN controller/transceiver over SPI.

The board takes 5V, GND, CANH and CANL from a 4-pin connector and implements a complete CAN node with power regulation, decoupling, bus termination and surge protection.

Space-Concordia-Intro-Task: common questions

What microcontroller does the Space-Concordia-Intro-Task use?

The Space-Concordia-Intro-Task is built around the STM32G030F6Px, from the STM32 family.

How many components are on the Space-Concordia-Intro-Task?

18 components, from 13 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Space-Concordia-Intro-Task design files?

From the Ch3ema/Space-Concordia-Intro-Task repository on GitHub, which has the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Space-Concordia-Intro-Task design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with Ch3ema. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the Space-Concordia-Intro-Task without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
