About the BoardB UI PCB

BoardB UI is an open source PCB design by Chrissyuh, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 64 × 38 mm, with 13 components from 13 distinct parts.

By type, the board carries 5 resistors, 3 capacitors, 2 connectors, 2 diodes and 1 switch.

From the project

ESP32-S3 KiCad hardware and bring-up firmware for a self-watering flower pot prototype

Board B connects to Board A J6 through J1 with the same pin order:

1. +3V3 2. GND 3. SDA 4. SCL 5. ENCA 6. ENCB 7. ENCSW 8. ERRORLED 9. STATUSLED`

The OLED header target is the common 4-pin SSD1306 I2C module order GND, VCC/3V3, SCL, SDA. Verify the actual module pin order before fabrication.

The PCB outline is 64 mm x 38 mm with M2.5 non-plated mounting holes. The front side is the user-facing panel with the OLED header/module outline, EC11 encoder footprint, error/status LEDs, and labels. The 9-pin JST-XH cable connector and the support R/C parts are on the back side.
