About the Duart PCB
Duart is an open source PCB design by codorjan, published on GitHub under the CC-BY-SA-4.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 99.1 × 49.9 mm, with 38 components from 28 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the 74HCT74, 74HCT688, XR88C681-PLCC and 74HCT00. By type, the board carries 10 jumpers, 8 resistors, 7 connectors, 7 capacitors, 4 ICs and 1 crystal.
From the project
DUART Serial Board Designed For RC2014
This is an XR88C681-based serial interface card designed for the RC2014 microcomputer system. This provides two serial interfaces to an RC2014 system in addition to a 16-bit counter/timer and several general-purpose input and output lines.
The board has undergone limited testing with the SCM driver written by Colin MacArthur for Tadeusz Pycio's XR88C681 board (and it should be fully software compatible with it).

Duart: common questions
How big is the Duart PCB?
The Duart measures 99.1 × 49.9 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Duart?
38 components, from 28 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Duart design files?
From the codorjan/duart repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Duart design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its CC-BY-SA-4.0 license, which codorjan chose for the repository.
