About the VideographyLight PCB
VideographyLight is an open source PCB design by ConfusedHello, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 100 × 100 mm, with 93 components from 8 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the AL8862SP-13. By type, the board carries 36 LEDs, 11 ICs, 11 diodes, 11 inductors, 11 capacitors and 11 resistors.
From the project
DIY Film Light for Videography!
Ever wanted a videography light but died when seeing the insane prices? Me too! This project involves a DIY, high-power RGBW film light built by @ConfusedHello and @Jayx2u for the Hack Club Highway to Hardware program!
We decided to design this project because as students, we honestly don't have the spare cash lying around for one, and we wanted a nice accent light for our planned upcoming videos. It utilises 36 current controlled RGBW LEDs running off a 48V supply and controlled with a Xiao RP2040!
