About the Carrier 2cell PCB

Carrier 2cell is an open source PCB design by DashiellRussell, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 111.5 × 47.8 mm, with 3 components from 2 distinct parts.

By type, the board carries 2 connectors and 1 battery holder.

It belongs with the dev boards & breakouts designs in this gallery.

18650 cell carrier PCBs (1/2/3/4 cell) - per-cell breakout to solder pads and a combined screw/Micro-Fit output. V01.0

A family of four single-purpose PCBs that hold 18650 cells and break every cell out independently. No BMS, no protection, no series or parallel wiring in copper — these are dumb carriers. All the intelligence, and all the linking, lives in whatever you wire onto them.

Each board is its own KiCad project in its own folder, sharing one library in libs/ — the same layout convention as AURCBMS. Board height is the width of the cell holders plus a 4.0 mm margin per side, which is the smallest margin that leaves room for an M3 keep-out at the corners next to a connector; the generator solves for…
