About the Pmod analyzer PCB
Pmod analyzer is an open source PCB design by fm4dd, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-1.2 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 46 × 53 mm, with 88 components from 36 distinct parts.
By type, the board carries 32 resistors, 20 test points, 16 diodes, 8 transistors, 6 connectors and 4 capacitors.
It belongs with the test & measurement and dev boards & breakouts designs in this gallery.
From the project
PMOD module for I/O breakout to protocol analyzers or oscilloscopes.
The PMOD Analyzer implements a twin-connector, pass-through PMOD board that routes 2x8 I/O signals from pinheader to pinsocket with breakout into a 18-pin 2.54mm header row for connecting protocol analyzers, and 20 test points for mini-grabber hook-ups that are useful for oscilloscope measurements. Lastly, each signal can be individually switched on to drive a control LED on each I/O line. This makes it ideal for troubleshooting by inserting it between a controller board and PMOD peripherals. With the LEDs switched on, the PMOD can operate "standalone" as a normal LED output board.
