About the Quadstor PCB
Quadstor is an open source PCB design by ItsReckliss, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 45 × 45 mm, with 19 components from 8 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the BZT52C12V. By type, the board carries 7 resistors, 5 transistors, 2 diodes, 2 capacitors and 1 IC.
It belongs with the power & battery, displays & leds and sensors designs in this gallery.
From the project
This device is able to simultaneously charge and balance 4, 4s lithium batteries. The user can choose the charge speed in 0.1A increments, and choose between Storage voltage, LiPo voltage, and LiHV voltage. It allows for XT60 power input for using field packs, or can be plugged into the wall to use the internal 250W PSU.
Quadstor is a modular, four-lane charger for 4S Li-ion, LiPo, and LiHV packs, designed around the simple, balance-connector-only workflow of small FPV battery chargers such as Whoopstor and Toothstor. It is currently a hardware/firmware design project, not a validated or production-ready charger.
This README captures the intended product, established design decisions, explored alternatives, and unresolved engineering work so contributors and coding agents can pick up the project without reconstructing earlier discussions.
