Design for a home toaster oven reflow based on tinyk22 module

This is a reflow oven controller based on tinyK22 board with NXP K22P121M120SF7RM MCU.

The goal is to use the board on a breadboard for developing the firmware and design a custom board

Rck22: common questions

What microcontroller does the Rck22 use?

The Rck22 is built around the MK22FN512VLH12, from the NXP family.

How big is the Rck22 PCB?

The Rck22 measures 95.3 × 72.4 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Rck22?

75 components, from 38 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Rck22 design files?

From the Muriukidavid/reflow_toaster_oven repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Rck22 design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with Muriukidavid. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the Rck22 without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug NXP firmware against it before you order a PCB.
