Additionally the mainboard provides two IMUs (BMI088) that can be accessed over I^2C by the STM32. Those components house accelerometers and gyroscopes for orientation and movement detection and listen to the following addresses: - Accelerometer: 0x18, 0x19 - Gyroscope: 0x68, 0x6

The Power supply is primarily provided by the UUV's battery lines (5V, 3.3V and GND) but the board also accepts USB-C 2.0 for both data and power inputs (only powering the CM4 and nothing else) or the 3.3V Power supply over the STM programmer pins. (only powers the STM32) The power logic is achieved using three…

Nautilus mainboard: common questions
What microcontroller does the Nautilus mainboard use?
The Nautilus mainboard is built around the STM32H7B0RBT6, from the STM32 family.
How big is the Nautilus mainboard PCB?
The Nautilus mainboard measures 125 × 75 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.645 mm thick.
How many components are on the Nautilus mainboard?
112 components, from 44 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Nautilus mainboard design files?
From the Nautilus-UUV/nautilus-mainboard-PCB repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Nautilus mainboard design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with Nautilus-UUV. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Nautilus mainboard without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
