About the OM-60-Flex PCB
OM-60-Flex is an open source PCB design by Open-Muscle, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-S-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 260 × 55 mm, with 62 components from 3 distinct parts.
By type, the board carries 60 jumpers and 2 connectors.
It belongs with the sensors, wearables and displays & leds designs in this gallery.
From the project
60-sensor wearable with flexible PCB and pressure matrix
OpenMuscle FlexGrid is a modular wearable sensor grid with 60 analog pressure sensors arranged in a 15x4 matrix. It is the second-generation wearable in the OpenMuscle series and serves as the core interface for capturing muscle movement in prosthetic and robotics applications.
- Sensor Grid: 15 columns × 4 rows of Velostat pads - Flex PCB: Thin and wearable with 21-pin output header - Rigid PCB: ESP32-S3, haptic feedback, USB-C charging, multiplexer, OLED, IMU
