About the Lfo PCB

Lfo is an open source PCB design by polykit, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 51 × 76 mm, with 22 components from 17 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the TL074. By type, the board carries 9 resistors, 4 capacitors, 3 connectors, 2 diodes and 1 IC.

Low Frequency Oscillator LFO

This repository contains schematics and PCB layout for a LFO with pulse and triangle output. There are rate, level and offset controls on the board. I used this in the Polykit-6 built to control frequency cutoff, resonance and pulse width.

Lfo: common questions

How big is the Lfo PCB?

The Lfo measures 51 × 76 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Lfo?

22 components, from 17 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Lfo design files?

From the polykit/lfo repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Lfo design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with polykit. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
