From the project
An oxygen concentrator for low-resource communities.
WARNING! At present pin D4 works without an external pull up resistor for the termocouples, but D5 does not; it requires an external pull up resistor Until we have time to rework our perf board, I am going to continue to use D4 for the MAX31850 OneWire interface.

Fan I2C: common questions
What microcontroller does the Fan I2C use?
The Fan I2C is built around the Arduino_Due_Shield, from the AVR/Arduino family.
How big is the Fan I2C PCB?
The Fan I2C measures 126.3 × 160 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Fan I2C?
76 components, from 31 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Fan I2C design files?
From the PubInv/Ox repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Fan I2C design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its AGPL-3.0 license, which PubInv chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the Fan I2C without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug AVR/Arduino firmware against it before you order a PCB.
