SwimMeet Commander is an open source PCB design by sammdu, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 152.4 × 76.2 mm, with 37 components from 22 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the Digispark_USB-A_16.5MHz and MCP23017-E_SO. By type, the board carries 18 resistors, 15 switches, 2 ICs and 2 diodes.
It belongs with the keyboards designs in this gallery.
From the project
Unofficial macro keyboard for the HY-TEK Swim Meet Manager software.
Designed with KiCad Programmed with Arduino
A macro keyboard that controls the swim meet scoring software commonly used in American high-school and college swim meets. It simplifies operation of the software by pulling out 13 most used functionalities as dedicated keys, achieving one-key operation.
The device works by triggering keyboard shortcuts compatible with the swim meet software when a corresponding button is pushed. It is automatically recognized by most operating systems as an HID keyboard with no additional drivers required.
