From the project
Designed a USB-to-EtherCAT interface board in KiCad, covering schematic development, component selection, PCB placement and routing. Prepared fabrication-ready Gerber and drill files along with a BOM, supporting the manufacturing and assembly process of the board.
A compact hardware platform developed for interfacing USB systems with EtherCAT-based networks. The board was designed in KiCad with emphasis on clean circuit organization, efficient PCB routing, and practical hardware integration.
