About the MadEEG PCB
MadEEG is an open source PCB design by timkoval, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 81.5 × 63.9 mm, with 98 components from 29 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the AD822 and AD620. By type, the board carries 40 resistors, 36 capacitors, 8 transistors, 6 ICs and 1 crystal.

Fork and rebirth of an old project called "OpenEEG"
This project is a fork and rebirth of an old project called "OpenEEG".
The main feature of this project is that it uses currently available SMD components. Moreover, in the future I'm planning to try to make it cheaper using DSP instead of amplifier filters where it is possible.
I wanted to make it myself as a pet project, but unfortunately I don't have enough time and money. However, I really want this project to be developed... You are welcome to contribute!

MadEEG: common questions
How big is the MadEEG PCB?
The MadEEG measures 81.5 × 63.9 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the MadEEG?
98 components, from 29 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the MadEEG design files?
From the timkoval/madEEG repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the MadEEG design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its MIT license, which timkoval chose for the repository.
