From the project
Homebrew 68040 palmtop computer
This is a work-in-progress palmtop (ish) sized clamshell laptop that we've been working on for a while.
In its current state, it boots up into a BIOS menu capable of doing a few simple things like browsing a FAT formatted SD-card, flashing its bootrom from SD-card and excuting programs from SD-card. One of the included demo programs can play .MOD music files from SD card.
Displayboard bill of materials (BOM)
5 components, 4 distinct parts — part numbers from the project's BOM.

Displayboard: common questions
How big is the Displayboard PCB?
The Displayboard measures 170 × 114 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Displayboard?
5 components, from 4 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Displayboard design files?
From the trollectronics/trollbook repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Displayboard design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with trollectronics. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
