Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of HardLabs Services.

Customers may not use HardLabs to:

1. violate applicable law;
2. violate intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
3. upload malware, ransomware, credential-stealing software, or destructive code;
4. obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, devices, firmware, or data;
5. conduct denial-of-service attacks;
6. bypass authentication, quotas, restrictions, or security controls;
7. access or attempt to infer information belonging to another HardLabs customer;
8. operate malware, botnets, credential-stealing infrastructure, or similar harmful systems;
9. conduct unauthorized security testing against HardLabs;
10. submit regulated information requiring special safeguards unless HardLabs has agreed in writing to support that information;
11. represent simulated or AI-generated results as physically verified or independently certified when they are not;
12. rely on HardLabs as the sole validation method for a safety-critical system;
13. materially interfere with the availability or performance of the Services.

HardLabs may investigate suspected violations and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, HardLabs infrastructure, or third parties.
