Thanos Gauntlet: common questions
What microcontroller does the Thanos Gauntlet use?
The Thanos Gauntlet is built around the ATtiny85-20SU, from the AVR/Arduino family.
How big is the Thanos Gauntlet PCB?
The Thanos Gauntlet measures 76 × 76 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Thanos Gauntlet?
52 components, from 15 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Thanos Gauntlet design files?
From the 0101shift/Thanos_Gauntlet repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Thanos Gauntlet design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with 0101shift. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Thanos Gauntlet without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug AVR/Arduino firmware against it before you order a PCB.
