About the Model T RAM PCB

Model T RAM is an open source PCB design by bkw777, published on GitHub under the Custom license license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 35.6 × 20.3 mm, with 5 components from 4 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the AS6C6264-55SCN and MC74HC86ADR2G. By type, the board carries 2 ICs, 2 capacitors and 1 connector.

It belongs with the rf & radio designs in this gallery.

The DIP row spacing is actually 725 mils not 700. It makes it annoying to solder because the rows don't line up exactly with the rows in a breadboard, but it's not a drawing error. Using a set of single row socket headers in the breadboard, or even two stacked, allows the socket headers to spread a little and make it easier to hold the pins and pcb for soldering, and the finished soldered pins aren't pinched inwards too badly.
