TKL inspired PCBs
TKLish is a series of PCBS that mimic the style of a traditional TLK (Ten Key Less) keyboard. Below are the 3 variants:
s40 - 40% layout with staggered keys. KLE layouts o40 - 40% layout with ortholinear keys. KLE layouts * o80 - 80% layout with ortholinear keys. KLE layouts
s40 can use standard keycaps (no 40s kit required) s40 & o80 can utilize any ergo/ergodox kit with 1.5u modifier keys (ex. GMK Sixes, SA Carbon) PCB can support up to 3 rotary encoders Utilizes Unified Daughterboard (C4 version with Molex Pico-EZmate connectors)

Pcb-40: common questions
What microcontroller does the Pcb-40 use?
The Pcb-40 is built around the STM32F072C8TX, from the STM32 family.
How big is the Pcb-40?
The Pcb-40 measures 309.6 × 100 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Pcb-40?
159 components, from 24 distinct parts, with part numbers taken from the project's own BOM. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Pcb-40 design files?
From the dcpedit/tklish repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout, the schematic and the BOM; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Pcb-40 design in my own project?
Yes, under the terms of its CC-BY-4.0 license, which dcpedit chose for the repository.
Can I test firmware for the Pcb-40 without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
