Its main chip is the STM32L072KZT6, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the TSL2591, AP2502, USBLC6-2SC6 and RT9193. By type, the board carries 24 capacitors, 22 resistors, 12 diodes, 6 ICs, 6 switches and 3 connectors.

From the project

Reflection and Transmission Densitometer for Photographic Darkroom Use

The Printalyzer Densitometer is a project whose goal is the creation of an affordable reflection and transmission densitometer for photographic darkroom use.

It was initially conceived as an accessory to complement the Printalyzer Enlarging Timer & Exposure Meter to ease the process of creating paper profiles. However, given the general utility of such a device, it has been spun off as a separate project in its own right.

Printalyzer Densitometer - Main Board: common questions

What microcontroller does the Printalyzer Densitometer - Main Board use?

The Printalyzer Densitometer - Main Board is built around the STM32L072KZT6, from the STM32 family.

How big is the Printalyzer Densitometer - Main Board?

The Printalyzer Densitometer - Main Board measures 105 × 38 mm, has 4 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Printalyzer Densitometer - Main Board?

76 components, from 30 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Printalyzer Densitometer - Main Board design files?

From the dektronics/printalyzer-densitometer repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Printalyzer Densitometer - Main Board design in my own project?

The repository has no license, so all rights stay with dektronics. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.

Can I test firmware for the Printalyzer Densitometer - Main Board without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
