About the MB9X-UART PCB

MB9X-UART is an open source PCB design by famicomical, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 36.4 × 31.8 mm, with 13 components from 8 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the MAX232I. By type, the board carries 5 capacitors, 3 connectors, 2 resistors, 1 IC, 1 switch and 1 diode.

It belongs with the usb & debug tools designs in this gallery.

In-system Serial Programming Adapter for Fujitsu F2MC-16LX microcontrollers

The person assembling this board will need to procure their own USB to RS232-C cable and their own copy of the Fujitsu "FLASH MCU Programmer 16LX" software, which includes proprietary configuration files for the MCUs. I recommend installing ISP-MB9X by Sergey Pinigin in addition to the Fujitsu software to have some more fine control over programming operations.
