About the Rgb to vga PCB

Rgb to vga is an open source PCB design by hoglet67, published on GitHub under the GPL-3.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 34 × 33.5 mm, with 17 components from 8 distinct parts.

By type, the board carries 12 resistors and 5 capacitors.

From the project

Inspired by a thread on Stardot, this project implements the Acorn Electron ULA in various FPGAs, and can emulate a full Electron system on an FPGA eval board.

Inspired by a thread on Stardot, this project implements the Acorn Electron ULA in various FPGAs, and can emulate a full Electron system on an FPGA eval board.

Features: - Everything that was in the original Elk ULA (including cassette I/O) - Turbo mode (memory access at 2MHz) - JAFA Mode 7 - VGA output - SD card access and MMFS

This can be used as a standalone Electron emulator, or with an adapter board and some level shifters, as a ULA replacement.
