About the Stm32-PCB-design
Stm32-PCB-design is an open source STM32 PCB design by hughmancoder, published on GitHub. It is a 2-layer board measuring 44.2 × 31.3 mm, with 28 components from 16 distinct parts.
Its main chip is the STM32F103C8T6, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the AMS1117. By type, the board carries 13 capacitors, 5 resistors, 4 connectors, 2 ICs, 1 crystal and 1 switch.
From the project
PCB Design for STM32F1038T6 Microcontroller built with KiCAD
PCB board for STM32F1038T6 Microcontroller, a micro usb power supply, a regulator to power the mcu to 3.3V, and a crystal oscillator for the mcu. It has a reset switch to boot the board, a UART interface UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter) to uses two wires to exchange serial data between devices without a shared clock, as well as Serial Wire Debug (SWD) which is a hardware interface designed by ARM for programming and debugging ARM-based microcontrollers using a st-link programmer.

Stm32-PCB-design: common questions
What microcontroller does the Stm32-PCB-design use?
The Stm32-PCB-design is built around the STM32F103C8T6, from the STM32 family.
How big is the Stm32-PCB-design?
The Stm32-PCB-design measures 44.2 × 31.3 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.
How many components are on the Stm32-PCB-design?
28 components, from 16 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.
Where can I download the Stm32-PCB-design design files?
From the hughmancoder/stm32-PCB-design repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout and the schematic; the links under Design files point to each one.
Can I use the Stm32-PCB-design design in my own project?
The repository has no license, so all rights stay with hughmancoder. Use it as a reference, and ask the author before reusing the design.
Can I test firmware for the Stm32-PCB-design without the hardware?
Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
