About the Ede PCB
Ede is an open source PCB design by intible, published on GitHub under the CC-BY-SA-4.0 license. It is a 4-layer board measuring 72.1 × 49 mm, with 86 components from 20 distinct parts.
Other key parts include the NCS20034DR2G and U3216. By type, the board carries 28 resistors, 21 capacitors, 6 transistors, 4 ICs, 3 connectors and 3 diodes.
It belongs with the robotics & motion designs in this gallery.
From the project
KiCad adaptation of EasyDIY-ESC
Note: 'main' branch is under development, there is a change to use KiCad as compared to v0.5.2 (current HEAD of feature/v052, i.e. git SHA1 - e55e314)
The target for this EV motor controller is to power small EVs like EBikes or EScooters like Xiaomi M365, and offer better customizability and repairability.
Easy to build and repair DIY**: It uses DC-DC modules, a development board instead of an uC chip, SMD passive components are all 0805 or bigger, and ICs are SOIC8 or SOIC14. No fine pitch components.
