Motorized solder paste dispenser

+ Controled with 32bit processor STM32F103C8T6 ( original is STM32F030) + used output H-bridge for motor control TB67H451FNG. No need cooling with during operation. + + DC micromotor 6V / 60 rpm with gearbox without thread rod

+ redesigned mechanism of operation and piston mounting and mainly redesigned Syringe mount, which can be removed and put on without disassembling the dispenser

Solder-Paste-Dispenser with-DCMotor: common questions

What microcontroller does the Solder-Paste-Dispenser with-DCMotor use?

The Solder-Paste-Dispenser with-DCMotor is built around the STM32F103C8Tx, from the STM32 family.

How big is the Solder-Paste-Dispenser with-DCMotor PCB?

The Solder-Paste-Dispenser with-DCMotor measures 70 × 20.1 mm, has 2 copper layers and is 1.6 mm thick.

How many components are on the Solder-Paste-Dispenser with-DCMotor?

48 components, from 30 distinct parts. The full bill of materials is listed on this page.

Where can I download the Solder-Paste-Dispenser with-DCMotor design files?

From the Jarins/Solder-Paste-Dispenser-with-DCMotor repository on GitHub, which has the KiCad layout; the links under Design files point to each one.

Can I use the Solder-Paste-Dispenser with-DCMotor design in my own project?

Yes, under the terms of its GPL-3.0 license, which Jarins chose for the repository.

Can I test firmware for the Solder-Paste-Dispenser with-DCMotor without the hardware?

Yes. HardLabs builds a simulation of the board from its netlist and BOM, so you can run and debug STM32 firmware against it before you order a PCB.
