About the Legshark65 rev2 PCB

Legshark65 rev2 is an open source STM32 PCB design by jemmec, published on GitHub under the MIT license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 285.8 × 95.3 mm, with 202 components from 34 distinct parts.

Its main chip is the STM32F411, from the STM32 family. Other key parts include the MCP1700T-3302E/TT and AT24C256C-SSHL-T. By type, the board carries 88 LEDs, 15 capacitors, 11 resistors, 3 ICs, 3 connectors and 2 switches.

It belongs with the keyboards designs in this gallery, and the repository also holds 1 earlier revision of it.

From the project

An open source 60% (15 by 5) ortholinear keyboard designed with both flexability and familiarity in mind.

An open source 60% (15 by 5) ortholinear keyboard designed with both flexability and familiarity in mind.

- Highly customizable 60% ortho layout - "Plateless" o-ring mounting - 3D printable case - UDB Support

The PCB supports many different layout options for the bottom row, embracing 1u keys but also with some left and right 1.5u modifier options.

The board also supports use of 2u keys in the usual TAB, LSHIFT, DELETE, and ENTER locations to maintain familiarity and speed with these often used modifiers.
