About the Temperature-Control PCB

Temperature-Control is an open source PCB design by jordanlove123, published on GitHub under the Unlicense license. It is a 4-layer board measuring 55.6 × 53.3 mm, with 26 components from 17 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the LM2575-5.0BU. By type, the board carries 9 resistors, 6 capacitors, 5 connectors, 3 ICs, 1 transistor and 1 diode.

It belongs with the sensors designs in this gallery.

From the project

System for controlling temperature of an object to within 10 mK of a given setpoint.

DISCLAIMER: As is discussed below, some parts of the system will have to be designed by the user because they depend on the shape, size, and thermal mass of the object. This means that to a certain extent, performance is dependent on the user's design of these components, but I tried to include as many recommendations as possible for best practices.

These programs can all be downloaded for free.
