About the Aronia PCB

Aronia is an open source PCB design by kumekay, published on GitHub under the CERN-OHL-S-2.0 license. It is a 2-layer board measuring 204.3 × 94.8 mm, with 57 components from 18 distinct parts.

Other key parts include the XC6220, TP4054 and E73-2G4M08S1C. By type, the board carries 39 diodes, 8 resistors, 3 ICs, 3 connectors, 2 capacitors and 1 transistor.

It belongs with the keyboards designs in this gallery.

From the project

Ultraportable foldable keyboard

A 36-key, ultra-compact, foldable, ergonomic keyboard. It's designed to be as small as possible while remaining comfortable for typing. When folded, the keyboard measures only 76x115x12mm and weighs 115g.

The hardware is designed in the KiCad EDA suite. The PCB is designed with components available from the JLCPCB assembly service. The power supply and MCU module selection are heavily inspired by the nRFMicro project.
